Sounds interesting, almost like magento or open cart have plugins for multi channel, this is a multi channel platform with plug ins for magento open cart ..?
My only worry is support is a big thing to most retailers, as not all retailers know about software… but very interested to see this functioning and maybe have a play in a few weeks.
    Good luck

      Howdy Steven,

Support & education is a topic we identified early on, the answer is actually straight-forwards. More on this tomorrow and over the next few days & months.

Where most of them fall down is on customer service and support. Once you are tied in nobody wants to know or get back to you on any issues that arise. Have tried a few of them now and they all have the same unprofessional approach to business.

Argh! ;). Hard to wait as we need to get a multichannel platform in place ASAP before the holiday season begins (kinda already started)
Can you give more clues to those of us that have signed up?! ;)

Hmm, be interested to see this.

If you’ve cherry picked the best attributes of the various things on offer then it could be good, but I do seem to find that most e-commerce management tools appear to be good in just one area and bad in others and most of the time once you’re in you’re stuck.

It’s one reason why I’m very suspicious of the likes of Channel Advisor and ESeller Pro. Appear to spend vast amounts on salesmen to entice you, but quite often their offerings are nothing more than basic with a nice interface.

Apologies for the gruff tone, Matt – and I don’t mean to be ungrateful for the helpful information/service you provide. Also, why shouldn’t you market something on your own website? It’s just I find “teasers” a waste of time for us pro-sellers – nothing learned and minutes lost. If it is e-commerce management software then that is interesting – I’m sure we’ll all look at it – but it all comes down to dry stuff like specs, support and pricing. I wish you well in the new venture (whatever it is).
