Jim Griffith, the original customer support rep covers and interesting set of activities in the book, even how to wrap items and gets into depth when dealing with images. A little out dated now and Dan Wilson’s version is much more up to date, still worth a read to see at least how far things have and equally have not come along in the world of selling on eBay.
