OfflineAnyone understand any of Royals Mails new pricing announced yesterday?
They’ve spent a fortune on junk mail that they have been bombarding me with saying it’s as easy as 1,2,3.
Uhh, I have no idea about any of it. It’s so confusing. I basically use Royal Mail OBA and post large letters up to 100g in weight via 2nd class post which is currently 50p (I use CRL code in OBA). From what I understand there is 2 prices for me in the new pricing structure for this one item. It states I’ll pay 58p (Pricing for Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Account Customers), but it also states I’ll pay 56p (Pricing for Royal Mail 24 and 48 Account Customers). Plus there’s a 2.5% fuel surcharge on all of the prices.
So which one am I? lol
Howdy Ben,
I believe you’re the latter as a business user, but do check with them and I also didn’t see the it as being as easy as 1,2,3 but simpler than what they have had up until now.
Chris covered this really well over on Tamebay here and it’s worth a read too.
